Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the specific travel services. Payment deadlines will be communicated clearly. Failure to make payment by the specified deadline may result in automatic cancellation of your booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. However, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you've made a booking, we will notify you immediately and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your booking for a full refund.

You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any other required documentation for your destination. Passport validity should extend at least six months beyond your planned return date. We can provide guidance on requirements, but ultimate responsibility lies with you. We are not liable for any consequences arising from inadequate travel documentation.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, lost luggage, and other potential issues. Travel insurance is not automatically included in our bookings unless specifically requested and paid for. We are not liable for costs incurred due to circumstances that would have been covered by adequate travel insurance.
You are responsible for ensuring you are medically and physically fit to travel. We recommend consulting with healthcare professionals regarding necessary vaccinations, medications, and health precautions for your destination. You must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements that may affect your travel at the time of booking.
We act as an agent for third-party travel service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). Our liability is limited to booking services on your behalf. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, defaults, or negligence of these third-party providers, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, hotel overbooking, or tour quality.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information provided by third-party suppliers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific booking in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or technical failures. In such circumstances, we will work with you to find alternative solutions, but we are not obligated to provide refunds beyond what we can recover from suppliers.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lighter Travel Agency or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
